Abstract

Der Beitrag entwickelt «vertretende Kommunikation» als heuristisch-analytisches Konzept, um den Einsatz LLM-basierter Systeme in schulischen Situationen eingeschränkter Lehrkraftverfügbarkeit zu beschreiben und zu bewerten. Ausgangspunkt ist nicht die Annahme, Unterricht lasse sich technisch substituieren. Untersucht wird vielmehr, welche kommunikativen Teilfunktionen digitale Systeme übernehmen können, wo professionelle Verantwortung unverzichtbar bleibt und welche normativen Grenzen zu beachten sind. Pädagogische Kommunikation wird dazu auf drei Ebenen betrachtet: Informationsvermittlung, Beziehungsgestaltung sowie individuelle Förderung und Feedback. Darauf aufbauend unterscheidet die Typologie (1) vollständige Ersatzkommunikation als heuristische Grenzkonstellation, (2) unterstützende Assistenzkommunikation und (3) ergänzende Kommunikation. Der Beitrag grenzt das Konzept von Intelligent Tutoring Systems, digitaler Lernassistenz und dem SAMR-Modell ab, ordnet selektive indikative Evidenz vorsichtig ein und diskutiert Risiken wie Bias, Datenschutz, Delegationsdrift und anthropomorphe Zuschreibungen. Der lokal betriebene Individual Educational Chatbot (IEC) wird als illustrativer Gestaltungsprototyp vorgestellt. Die Argumentation mündet in Leitlinien für Datenschutz, Fairness, Transparenz, Autonomie, klare Beziehungsgrenzen und institutionell gesicherte Verantwortung.
