Abstract
This volume discusses the self-understanding of media education. When we talk about media didactics in the following, we are addressing the question of the relationship between media pedagogy and media didactics: Does media pedagogy include media didactics or are they two separate sub-disciplines of educational science? In the following it will become clear that the consequences of an answer to this question are more far-reaching than one might think at first glance. Most read articles by the same author(s)
